How is the tent delivered if I place an order on the website?

We ship your Hussarde very well protected on a special pallet, to your home or to the address of your choice (shipping is included in the price). It will usually take 3 to 7 working days to receive your tent (in France). The Hussarde tent is immediately ready to be placed on your vehicle, a quick installation guide and a video are available to help you get started.

It is also possible to pick up your tent in Ales (Gard Department in France) at our workshops!

If my tent is delivered damaged, what should I do?

Before receiving your Hussarde tent, we will send you precise instructions by email how to ensure the good condition of the tent on delivery, and if there are any problems, you should refuse it. We will take care of the quick replacement of the tent. This happens very rarely, the Hussarde tents are very well protected.

How long does it take for the tent to be delivered?

The standard manufacturing lead time is 28 calendar days however, we can currently offer shorter lead times (48 hours, 7, 14 or 21 days). Do we deliver abroad?

Yes, when you enter your address for your order, the countries around France where delivery is available are indicated. For other countries, please contact us by email or phone and we will make a suitable delivery proposal.
