What should I do if there is a problem with my hussarde tent?

For emergency situations, outside opening hours, we have an on-call service who will contact you as soon as possible.

Your Hussarde is covered by our manufacturer’s warranty for five years from the date of purchase. However, this warranty does not apply if a problem is caused by negligence or improper use of the tent.
In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty set out above, our customers benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects as provided for by law.

Before receiving your Hussarde tent, we will send you precise instructions by email how to ensure the good condition of the tent on delivery, and if there are any problems, you should refuse it. We will take care of the quick replacement of the tent. This happens very rarely, the Hussarde tents are very well protected.
